Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy explains what Base 786 ("we", "us"), available at base786.com, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: fluxmail786@gmail.com.

What Base 786 does

Base 786 lets you upload videos to your own YouTube channel and publish posts to Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts. You choose the content and target account; Meta posts publish immediately from the Social post page, while YouTube videos can be scheduled.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and a password, which we store only as a salted hash.
  • Google and YouTube data, received only after you connect a channel: OAuth access and refresh tokens; your channel's ID, title, handle and profile picture URL; and the YouTube video IDs and links uploaded through Base 786.
  • Meta data, received only after you connect Meta: encrypted Page and Facebook user access tokens; the Meta-scoped user ID used to process account revocation; Facebook Page IDs and names; linked Instagram professional-account IDs, usernames and profile-picture URLs; and the social media files and captions you choose to publish.
  • Content you provide: video and image files, thumbnails, and the titles, descriptions, tags, categories, visibility and schedule times you enter.
  • API keys you create for connecting AI assistants; we store only a hash of each key.
  • Cookies: one essential session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived cookies that protect Google and Meta sign-in steps. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Google permissions we request

  • Manage your YouTube videos (youtube.upload): to upload the videos you choose, with the details you enter, and to set their thumbnails.
  • View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly): to identify which channel you connected and show its name and picture in Base 786, and, when you or an AI assistant you connected asks, to read your channel's statistics and your uploaded videos' details and statistics (views, likes, comments). These statistics are read live and passed to you or your assistant; they are not stored.

We do not read your other YouTube data, your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data, and we never upload, change or delete anything you did not ask Base 786 to upload.

Meta permissions we request

  • pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_read_user_engagement: to list the Facebook Pages you can publish to and identify linked Instagram professional accounts.
  • pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_engagement and publish_video: to publish the text, photos or videos you submit to the Facebook Page you select.
  • instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish: to identify a linked Instagram professional account and publish the JPEG photo or Reel you submit to it.

We use Meta data only to connect the accounts you choose and to publish content when you click Publish now. We do not read or store your other Facebook or Instagram activity. Meta posts are not scheduled by Base 786.

How we use information

We use your information only to provide the features you use: signing you in, connecting the social accounts you select, publishing the content you submit, showing account details and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your information or use provider data to train AI or machine-learning models. People do not read your provider data except when you ask us to for support, when needed for security, or when required by law.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Base 786's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-party services

Base 786 uses YouTube API Services and Meta Graph API services. Your use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Meta data is handled under Meta's applicable platform terms and developer policies.

Sharing

  • Google / YouTube: we send your videos and their details to YouTube to publish them, as you request.
  • Meta: we send the caption and media you submit to the Facebook Page or Instagram account you select.
  • Hostinger: our hosting provider, which stores the service's data on its servers on our behalf.
  • Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

We do not share your information with anyone else.

Storage and security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Google and Meta tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes, and access to the server is restricted. Meta needs to fetch media from a public URL to publish it, so Base 786 creates a signed, read-only URL that expires after 24 hours. Anyone who obtains that unique link can fetch the selected file until it expires, so do not use it for sensitive media. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Retention and deletion

  • YouTube media files are deleted from our server after upload when they are no longer needed. Meta media files and other unreferenced uploads are automatically cleaned up after seven days; Meta's signed fetch URL expires after 24 hours.
  • Channel details are refreshed from YouTube every day. If Google reports that your permission was revoked or expired, we delete that channel's tokens and details at the next daily check.
  • Disconnecting YouTube on the Channels page revokes Base 786's access with Google and deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Disconnecting a Meta account deletes its saved token from Base 786. To revoke the Meta app grant itself, remove Base 786 from your Facebook Business Integrations; doing so may disconnect all linked Meta accounts.
  • To delete your account and all associated data, email fluxmail786@gmail.com from your account email. We will delete it within 30 days.
  • Videos and social posts already published remain on YouTube, Facebook or Instagram; manage or delete them on those services.

Children

Base 786 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
